Before moving to the new flat I decided I'd start a habit of cooking again. It was pretty much a forgotten thing in my household, I used to eat mostly cold food (you know, just chopping tofu and veggies to a plate and that's it). I love cooking, it gives more quality to life, but I guess everyone was already aware of that.
So, lately I've been cooking soups, since you can eat them for a couple of days in a row and they get better by the day. And soup is also a very Russian dish (I want to become a perfect wife material by learning to cook in traditional Russian way haha). Today I cooked cabbage soup/borscht (don't know exactly which one it is cos I never cook according to recipes).
