wardrobe and pillowcases

This is our new wardrobe. It's surprisingly spacy, both of our clothes fit there easily (even my shoes and handbags!). Now all we need to do is get rid of the old one, which is easier said than done since it's so big...

I went to Ikea on Friday and had to buy these pillowcases since they're oh so grannyish!

I can't believe we got this drawer for free today! Although I'm not a big fan of the colour blue (and, the drawer doesn't really fit our other furniture) I love it to bits already. We went to see our wardrobe-to-be at my boyfriend's boss and I saw that standing in a corner. I thought it'd cost a fortune, but the bosses wife said we can have it for free. Well, perhaps they'll bring it up every now and then and use Ville as free labour to pay it back :)

So tomorrow we'll get the said wardrobe. I haven't seen it in one piece yet, but I bet it'll be beautiful. Pictures will follow.

A couple of weeks ago me and my boyfriend (and the cat of course!) drove to our family's summer cottage for the first time this spring/summer. Lovely time was had. We found this armchair at a local thrift store for only 10 euros. We already had a couch of the same exact material and colour! what a find.

This table was given to us by my parents. It fits perfect in our appartment.

This one we also got from my parents. I remember it from childhood.

This lamp used to belong to the former owner of the summer cottage. It's a bit too bright for my taste, but it looks good anyway!
